וויין טראוט ביקר לראשונה בישראל בשנת 1967 והיה במטוס האחרון שיצא מתל אביב בתחילת מלחמת 6 הימים. וויין הלך הביתה ואמר לאשתו, ג'נט, "מותק, תתחיל לתכנן עכשיו... אתה הולך לארץ הקודש." וזו הייתה ההתחלה. וויין וג'נט התאהבו באנשים, בארץ ובמראות המדהימים של ארץ הקודש. בסופו של דבר הם התפשטו למצרים ולירדן והשאר היסטוריה.
בשנת 1982 ביקרתי בישראל בפעם הראשונה. המטוס נחת בתל אביב והחל לכיוון ירושלים. הרמתי את מבטי מחלון האוטובוס וראיתי שלט שכתוב עליו " ירושלים 38 ק"מ ". כל כך התמלאתי ברגשות שבכיתי כשישבתי שם בחושך.
מאז ועד היום הייתי חלק מהבאת קבוצות של 15 עד 850 לארץ הקודש וראיתי את החיים שהשתנו על ידי ארץ אלוהים המדהימה הזו.

Our tour experience was amazing. The guide in Jerusalem Asher was amazing..... In Jordan our guide Saber was amazing. Both of our guides to care of us to make sure we got the right pricing when purchasing souvenirs. Asher even came to help me to go up to the city of David when I had to stop to rest. Janet is an amazing caring tour leader. Who walked and stayed with us all the way, she was amazing. The food was excellent new food choices, accommodating of food allergies. Food and Hotels 5 star all the way. If we had an option for 10 star I would made that choice. Out hotels were Comfortable, Quiet, Beautiful Sceneries. We truly enjoyed our tent camp experience at Wadi Rum and the camel ride was very exciting. The people very friendly, polite. It was a trip of a life time. Epic tour has become our agency to reach out for future tours. We will truly will miss our breakfast and dinners together. We made new friends and have amazing pictures of sites, the group.
