Asher Ashkenazi, a licensed Israeli tour guide and one of Israel’s finest guides, leads most of our tours throughout the country, bringing its history, culture, and remarkable sites to life.
Dr. Janet Trout has led Middle East tours since 1968 and is the founder and inspiration behind Epic Tours Jerusalem. Her lifelong dedication to travel in Israel continues today, reflecting the experience and personal commitment that have defined Epic Tours for generations.

My life was forever transformed when I embarked on my first journey to Israel. As the plane touched down in Tel Aviv and we set off towards Jerusalem, I gazed out of the bus window and caught sight of a sign that read, “Jerusalem 38 km.”
That singular moment was incredibly powerful, evoking an overwhelming surge of emotions within me. Little did I know that this experience would become the catalyst for a profound change in my life.
From that moment onwards, I have been passionately involved with Epic Tours Jerusalem, guiding groups ranging from 15 to 850 people on journeys to the Holy Land. Witnessing the impact this land has on the lives of those who visit has been nothing short of awe-inspiring.
You may have seen countless pictures of the Holy Land. But try to envision yourself actually walking the ancient lands of the Bible, marveling at the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, and floating in the Dead Sea.
