Tour Conditions
What is included, what to plan for, and the conditions that apply to every Epic Tours Jerusalem group departure.
These conditions apply to Epic Tours Jerusalem group departures. Prices are per person. The exact price, departure city, inclusions and the deposit and final-payment due dates are set for each tour and confirmed on that tour's registration materials.

Registration & deposit
A valid, active email address is required for registration, invoicing, correspondence and travel updates. One registration form is required per person.
A non-refundable deposit secures your airline seat and hotel reservations; registration is not complete until the deposit is received. The deposit amount, the registration deadline and the final-payment due date are confirmed on each tour's registration materials.
A late-registration fee may apply after the registration deadline, and late registrations can be accepted only if space and airline seats remain available at that time.
Passports
Each traveller is responsible for holding a valid passport from their country of citizenship that does not expire within six months of the tour's departure date.
A copy of your passport photo and dates page should reach our office as soon as you register, or as soon as a new passport is issued.
Accommodations & single rooms
Prices are based on double occupancy — two travellers sharing a twin room. Single rooms are available on a limited basis for an additional single supplement.
If you do not choose your own roommate, we will make our best effort to match you with one, but a match cannot be guaranteed. Roommate assignments may be confirmed as late as 35 days before departure; if no roommate is available, the single supplement will apply.
Payment
Accepted payment methods, and any card-processing fee, are confirmed when you register. Please keep proof of any payment sent.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted to us in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, and there is no refund for services or sightseeing that a traveller does not use.
- Cancellations received 60 days or less before departure are charged 80% of the total tour cost from the departure city.
- Cancellations received 30 days or less before departure are charged 100% of the tour cost.
- If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances in the region, we will request refunds from the airlines and hotels on your behalf; a refund cannot be guaranteed within 30 days of departure. In all cases, 20% of the total is retained for administrative costs and overseas transfer fees.
Medical cancellation & no-shows
If medical reasons require cancellation, hospital certification must be provided and accepted by the airlines and suppliers. Refunds are made only as they become available from suppliers, less an administrative fee. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
Minimum numbers & changes
If the minimum number of travellers required for a departure is not reached, Epic Tours Jerusalem reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or change the tour, in whole or in part, at any time it deems necessary. In that event, our sole obligation is to refund the payments received, excluding the deposit.
Insurance
Travel and medical insurance is highly recommended, including cancellation cover. We are happy to suggest reputable providers for a quote.
Responsibility & liability
Epic Tours Jerusalem and its agents assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss of property, accident, delay, change in schedule or itinerary, or incidental damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, or from any person or cause whatsoever — including the default or omission of any third party providing services or facilities related to the tour.
The carriers and transportation companies whose services are featured in these tours are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their conveyance. When issued, each carrier's passage contract constitutes the contract between that company and the traveller, and Epic Tours Jerusalem assumes no liability in connection with it.
Please read all tour conditions carefully. Your deposit is your consent to all tour conditions.
