Accessibility Statement

What we have done

The site is built with meaningful, semantic structure and a 'skip to content' link for keyboard users. It supports keyboard navigation, shows visible focus indicators, provides alternative text for meaningful images, and aims for colour contrast that meets the standard.

The site also respects your operating system's 'reduced motion' setting, and video previews load only after you choose to play them, in privacy-enhanced mode.

Accessibility toolbar

Every page includes a dedicated accessibility menu, opened from the accessibility button in the lower corner of the screen. It lets you increase contrast, reduce colour saturation or switch to greyscale, highlight links, add a stronger focus outline and an on-screen reading guide, enlarge text, increase letter spacing and line height, pause animations, hide images, switch to a dyslexia-friendly font, and enlarge the cursor. Your choices are saved on your device and remembered on future visits.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible — mainly third-party content that we embed, such as YouTube video previews and mapping tools, which are not fully within our control. We continue to improve the site and to correct issues as they are found.
